Our People

Daniel Callahan has spent his whole life in the South, growing up in Ringgold Georgia, near Chattanooga Tennessee, he spent time in Atlanta and went to Law School at South Carolina. He fell in love with the state at the same time he developed an interest in the ins and outs of the intricacies of the world of transactional law.

He’s lived in the Upstate for over ten years, and has practiced in the area of South Carolina Real Estate for longer than that as well.

Daniel likes to take a hands on personal approach to closings. He enjoys getting to know his clients and helping them work through all the many questions that arise during some of the most important transactions they will have in their life.

He is the proud father of two amazing kids, and when he isn’t at the closing table he loves playing music, finding adventures outdoors, all kinds of games, and spending time with family and friends. He’s served on a number of boards, including currently working on the board of the Cleo Bailey Experiment, a non-profit community garden and gathering place in his current home town of Anderson, South Carolina.

If you need anything at all in the area of transactional law you can pick up the phone and be sure that Daniel would be happy to talk about whether Callahan Closings can assist you.
